We don’t want to make fun of anyone that is physically handicapped. At least we don’t make fun of people because they are handicapped, that’s part of our little policy thing and blah blah blah. However, context clues lead me to the conclusion that he has a broken foot, but still enjoys getting his afternoon lap dance. By the way, even if he was handicapped, why would you be dry humping in front of Walmart? I mean I get it, who doesn’t get a little bit aroused shopping for Hot Pockets?
